Dr. Shapiro is a board-certified physician who has served the Charlotte, NC and SC regions for over two decades. A graduate of Life University and Bloomfield College, Dr. Shapiro is an allied medical staff member at Novant Health and also holds a 2022 Peripheral Neuropathy Board Certification. With an extensive background of over 650,000 patient visits, he specializes in FDA-cleared, non-surgical treatments for neck and low back pain, spinal disc issues, and nerve pain at Select Health of the Carolinas. Our office is located on the first floor and has ground level walk-in access, in addition to convenient and ample free parking.
We accept Medicare and most major insurance plans (but not Medicaid). We also accept HSA/FSA plans, Self-Pay, and CareCredit for flexible payment options. Please know, some insurance plans may have limitation, restrictions, or pre-authorizations diagnostic services and/or treatment technologies.
