Many younger adults have experienced loss of balance/coordination through accidents or injuries. Even if you have not had any falls or have noticeable balancing issues, those who are perhaps wishing to improve their athletic performance can benefit from balance therapy.

 

Older adults can lose lower body strength and conditioning, which may affect their balance and make them unsteady on their feet. In addition, older adults may be suffering from Spinal Conditions, Spinal Stenosis, Neuropathy, or perhaps, taking certain medications or even have poor vision, which may contribute to their increased risk of falling.
